Richard Bragg

Mortgage Adviser & Founder

As an experienced Mortgage Adviser of over 10 years, Richard is the founder of Coast & Capital Mortgages. He enjoys building long-term relationships with clients and how no two mortgage cases are the same. He prides himself in going the extra mile for his clients and delivering a personal service to make his clients feel valued and not just ‘one of a number’. Having lived in Beckenham most of his life, Richard now lives in Poole with his wife Toni, their two sons, James and Harry, and their dog, Ted. Away from work, Richard can often be found in Poole harbour on his jetski, hacking his way around a golf course or supporting Crystal Palace FC.

Fun Fact: Despite being scared to even climb a ladder to clean the windows, Richard has done the world’s third highest bungee jump! (*correct at the time of jumping!)

Michael Greenaway

Mortgage Adviser & Founder

Mike has worked in the financial services industry for over 20 years and left Investment Banking in 2017 to pursue a career alongside Richard as a Mortgage Adviser. Mike loves the variety that being an adviser brings and gets great satisfaction in helping clients realise their goals, especially those that previously felt a move was out of their reach. Mike lives in Surrey with his fiancé Sam, their two children and rescue dogs Buddy and Betty. Outside of work, Mike can be seen on his road bike, wearing unflattering Lycra, and out of breath while tackling the infamous Box Hill. Mike also likes to try his hand at DIY and can spend hours locked away in the garage ‘tinkering’ on his latest projects (avoiding childcare duties!).

Fun Fact: Mike once attempted the famous ‘Three Peaks’ challenge wearing Reebok Classics. He didn’t even reach the first peak!

Carly Lennon

Case Manager

Carly works alongside Richard and Mike as a Case Manager, supporting and coordinating the mortgage applications process to ensure everything runs smoothly from start to finish. With a background in Project Management and a First-Class Honours in Business Management & Marketing, Carly is well-versed in multi-tasking with a high attention to detail. She enjoys the variety of the role and liaising with clients to follow their journey through to completion. Carly lives in Poole with her husband Adam and their children, Theo & Ava. When she’s not at work, Carly enjoys family days at the beach, making the most of having the award-winning Blue Flag beaches right on her doorstep!

Fun Fact: Carly spent four years living in none other than New York City! Despite not ever having visited NYC before, Carly and her husband sold all their belongings and set out on an experience of a lifetime. Working in Manhattan for the Big Apple’s official Tourism Agency, Carly loved the buzz of New York – and the endless food options!

Toni Bragg

Office Manager

Toni joins the Coast & Capital team (alongside her husband Richard) as our Office Manager, dealing with the day to day running of the business, including invoices, book-keeping and commission management. With previous experience as a Dental Practice Manager, Toni is well versed in keeping on top of everything to ensure the smooth operation of Coast & Capital and plays an integral role in our team. Toni lives with her husband Richard and their two sons. Outside of work, Toni enjoys baking and family beach walks with their dog, Ted.

Fun Fact: Toni is the queen of misquoting catchphrases & often has the office in fits of laughter with her clangers!

Ted

Office dog

Ted is Richard & Toni's third child & resident office dog! He provides a different type of protection at Coast & Capital Mortgages, often scaring the life out of visitors with his horse-like stature & deep bark! Despite this, he's a massive softie & his biggest achievement to date is helping Carly overcome her fear of dogs. Ted is somewhat of a local celebrity & doubles up as a BDM (Business Development Mongrel) as he's a great conversation starter with people who are all curious to find out what breed he is?!

Fun Fact: Toni & Richard bought Ted as a Labradoodle (Labrador crossed with a miniature Poodle!), however there's nothing miniature about Ted & we suspect an Irish Wolfhound may have been present at the time of his conception. DNA test pending....

Chris Marshall

Protection Adviser - Chris Marshall Protection Ltd

Chris is Coast & Capital Mortgages’ trusted partner when it comes to advising on the protection of your mortgage. He helps to ensure that our mortgage clients are able to protect their income & family in adverse circumstances that could otherwise result in hardship. With over 9 years industry experience & a strong background in medical underwriting, Chris prides himself on his empathetic approach to his job & has a real passion for ensuring that his clients have peace of mind by protecting their homes & families when taking out the biggest debt of their lives. Away from work, Chris lives with his wife & four children in Wales, alongside their two much-loved cavapoo dogs who keep life lively!
